Very professional company from start to finish getting rid of an unwanted house guest, kindly brought in by my cat! The kindness shown by Bob who helped me with the problem (in just 3 swift visits) and the wonderful telephone responses

Wayne and Sharon are very professional and great in their job , we had massive bedbugs problem no pest control could sort out , they came in inspected and offered heat treatment that worked perfectly and has sorted out our problem . I couldn’t thank them enough for being so helpful

We called Pest 24 as we had seen a rat sitting in the garden . Wayne came and traced the rat holes set bait in the holes so the rats could not have a take away
and had to dine in as he put it..
Very good service even checked with the neighbours.

I called Pest24 for help dealing with rats in my garden. Wayne was able to come out within a few days. He was extremely knowledgeable, ethical and passionate about his job, talking through everything I needed to know. I learnt a surprising amount too!
Although i hope not to need them again I would definitely highly recommend Pest24. -

Wayne provided a professional service and his coronavirus protocol meant we felt very comfortable having him in the house. From our first conversation the depth of his knowledge was evident and he gave excellent advice. We were impressed by his ethical approach.

Wayne visited us to check on a rat problem. He was extremely helpful, leaving us with clear advice on how to deal with the pests - and would not accept any payment. A really good guy, and we will ask for Wayne’s help again if we are blighted by any other visitors.

Excellent customer service! Having discovered evidence of mice, contacted Pest24 for a quote. As well as a price Pest24 offered advice, which I took up, and with their assistance was able to rectify the issue without a call out.
Questions answered promptly over a 3 week period, and a cancelled call out handled without any fuss.

Just wanted to thank you for your help and advice regarding potential bedbug infestation.
We have used the monitors that you kindly provided and there has been no evidence of anything untoward. We are very relieved and hope that this is the end of the matter. As to what was causing the bites we still have no idea. Obviously we will keep your details in case we do find that the problem reoccurs.
When we were in a panic about what steps to take our conversations were invaluable.
